Travel blogging absolutely has it’s perks. Yes, somedays it’s all desk work and inertia, but some days are really fun. Earlier this month I had one of those really fun days that makes me love my job so much.
Intercontinental Hotel Groups awarded me 25,000 Reward Points, which can be redeemed, not just for hotel stays but for activities, dinners and more. I chose to use my points to visit a Seattle attraction that has been on my todo list for awhile: the Chihuly Garden and Glass Exhibit. I had enough points that I took along my partner in crime Kim.
The exhibit, which is permanent and located at the base of the space needle, was terrific. Here is a sample of what we saw:
